Photography has helped me become more aware of the cycles the world goes through. The changing cycle of the day from sunrise to sunset, the changing of the seasons, the cycle of birds that migrate through the area, and the cycles of different wildflowers that bloom throughout the spring and summer. The ironweed blooming each year is one of those cycles I look forward to each year. The color of the ironweed was particularly striking during this sunrise.
