Walking through this wooded area in souther Missouri was truly a magical experience. The Virginia Bluebells were blooming in force and formed a river of blue flowing around the trees. There was a river flowing nearby which we could hear in the distance and the overcast day really brought out the colors in the flowers. It was also a still day and the temperature was perfect. Walking along the trail through the trees and the flowers time seemed to stand still.
