Scott Bean has uploaded a new gallery of photographs from the Flint Hills region of Kansas entitled "The Flint Hills - The Wide View." The Flint Hills is a stretch of hills running from north-central Oklahoma to the northern edge of Kansas. The Flint Hills is the largest contiguous area of tall grass prairie remaining in the world and is an important ecosystem. The photographs in this gallery were all made in Kansas, primarily in the northern end of the Flint Hills and were selected for their “wide” views of the Flint Hills.
