The way the light comes in low across the land at the ends of the day does wonders for revealing the shapes and textures of a landscape. It is easy to miss these details until you see an area in the right light. Early morning light created nice highlights and shadows in this photo to reveal the shapes and textures of the tallgrass prairie in the Flint Hills region of Kansas.
